MODEL RBM 3-40H UNIVERSAL ROLL BENDER
The RBM 3-40H Roll Bender is suitable for bending all standard sections, channel, angle, pipes and bar stock, with standard
rolls. Most metals may be rolled including iron, steel, aluminum and stainless. Special rolls are available upon request
for non-standard sections or tight diameters.
The RBM 3-40H is equipped with three (3) driving rolls. The vertical adjustment of the Upper Rolls is by means of a
double acting hydraulic cylinder, which is actuated by push button. Bending pressure is 7.5 tons.
The RBM 3-40H is operated from a pedestal control stand connected to the machine by a heavy duty cable. The forming roll
depth indication is by digital display. Adjustment modes allow pre-selection of depth, automatic recall of pre-selected
depth, as well as manual override. The machine’s self-contained hydraulic system is completely sealed to allow operation in
either an upright position or in a horizontal position.
