BEADMASTER DUCT BEADERS

This duct beader eliminates the need for cross breaking duct work.
This machine runs at speeds of 45 feet per minute by way of a 115 volt gear motor and uses no belts or chains.
The quality MADE-IN-THE-USA design uses "off the shelf" parts which are locally available.

5' X 18 GAUGE
5' X 16 GAUGE
6' X 16 GAUGE
- Line speed of 45 feet per minute!
- Bead spacing - 12" O.C.
- Bead depth - Adjustable to 3/16"
- Transparent front guard (beading rings visible for aligning fittings)
- No chains or belts
- All direct drive
- Single Phase, 115 volt
- All US Browning Mfg. parts
- Unedited parts list-locally available
- 3/16 ball bearings in malleable iron housings
- Driven by shaft mounted gear box
- Bolted to a 'c' frame face motor
- With direct drive it is bench mountable
- Legs optional (additional $250) -- However, all models are bench mountable
& all four corners will also accept square or round pipe inserts to make ones own stand.
