HACO EUROMASTER Hydraulic Press Brakes
Our top of the line CNC press brake line Euromaster, ranges from 45-330T. 2-Axis ram control
and CNC controlled high-speed backgauge are standards on this machine, which makes the Euromaster
one of our most popular brakes in today's modern sheet metal shops.
Euromaster: CNC Control Options
The Euromaster line pressbrakes comes standard with a very nice, easy-to-use color graphical 2D CNC control.
This control has been on the market for several years and still prooves to be one of the nicest CNC controls
on the market today. As an option, we offer the new BC69GR-3D
control where you can program parts in 2D and display in 3D or import 3D files from our optional
HACO CAD-3D software. Please ask for more information to
learn about the functions of our controls and software.

Standard backgauge: X
The ERM comes standard with a high speed servo driven backgauge (X-axis). The gauge has 2 spring loaded
finger blocks, manually adjustable in height and width. Each finger block has a fine-tuning and can be
rotated in steps of 90 degrees. We use high precision ball screws to guarantee a 0.004" position accuracy.

Optional 3-AXIS backgauge: XRZ
Our 3-axis backgauge system (X/R/Z/Z') is automatic adjustable in the X-direction (forward/backward), but
also in height and width. The width adjustment is symmetrical, this means that both fingers move out
simultaneous from the center of the table.

Optional 4-AXIS backgauge: XRZ1Z2
The 4-axis backgauge (X/R/Z1/Z2) system gives the operator all the flexibility he needs. With the
independent finger width, we can set up divided dies over the full table length and move both finger
blocks over the full length of the bed.

Optional 6-AXIS backgauge: X1X2R1R2Z1Z2
Our 6-axis backgauge system (X1/X2/R1/R2/Z1/Z2) is a well- designed high speed, state of the art backgauge.
Every axis is programmable with a 0.004" accuracy. Together with the BC55GR control, this machine will
not cause any gauging limits.

The Euromaster can be ordered with 3 styles of tooling: Precision US Standard, Precision European or the
New WILA style with manual or hydraulic clamping.

We recommend to purchase the OSHA approved, Triad Microguard light curtains with each press brake. The
Microguard light curtain system is a modern looking and effecient safety device which can be equipped
with floating blank option and Mute out system. We offer several dimensions and our service technicians
