HACO SYNCHROMASTER Hydraulic Press Brakes
Our latest model Synchromaster was specially designed for people new to the CNC precision
forming market, in need of a fast press brake.
This brake is a very easy-to-use 3-axes machine with a standard high speed backgauge and 2-axes ram control.
The servo-hydraulics system together with the linear scales and CPU system guarantees a bending accuracy of
0.0004". The machine comes standard with 2-axes ram control + programmable tilt and a high speed servo driven
single axis backgauge. The Synchromaster can be ordered with American or European tool holders. We offer
models from 45T - 5' up to 330T - 14'.
Synchromaster: CNC control Options
We offer 3 CNC options: the standard 3-axes ATS560 LED control
with LED display, controls the 2 ram axes and backgauge. The optional ATS570 control with monochrome 9" LCD display has the same functions as the
ATS560 but is a more user friendly because of the machine-operator
dialogue on screen. The ATS600 control with color TFT screen uses
angle programming and has many features found on our higher end Euromaster model.
Synchromaster: backgauge system
The standard high speed, servo-driven backgauge has a 26.5" or 31" stroke depending on the size of the machine.
The positioning accuracy is 0.004". Two Adjustable finger blocks come as standard. They are manual adjustable
in width and height (3.937" and 5.111").
Synchromaster: Tooling
Synchromaster can be ordered with 3 styles of tooling: Precision US Standard, Precision European
or the New WILA style with manual or hydraulic clamping.

We recommend to purchase the OSHA approved, Triad Microguard light curtains with each press brake. The
Microguard light curtain system is a modern looking and effecient safety device which can be equipped with
floating blank option and Mute out system. We offer several dimensions and our service technicians install
