PBFS-14 PORTABLE PINSPOTTER
PBFS Pinspotter incorporates a heavy-duty, trouble-free power unit which supplies safe, low voltage on a precisely timed weld cycle. A
unique insulation fastener is resistance welded to the duct by the special welding process. Mechanical fastening is achieved quickly
and securely with a minimum of operator fatigue, disturbing noises or arc flashes. Portable use anywhere 220 volt power is available.
Built to handle very high production rate. Built-in adjustable timer quickly sets the time cycle to weld fasteners of various metal
gauges. Special solid state control for trouble-free consistent operation.

available to date. Easy handling of all thicknesses of liner up to 2". Solid state components. Quick load storage track & vibratory
parts feeder keep fasteners "at the ready" at all times. Five Foot Throat allows the placement of pins 1-1/2" from each end of a five
foot sheet without moving the metal! Foot switch frees the operator’s hands. An optional remote hand gun and ground cable for hard to
work shapes is available.
