HACO MINI NOTCHER
This machine can notch a 90 degree angle in 10GA mild steel with maximum length of 8.6". This MINI has a large
working table with 2 adjustable quick set stops and scales. The blade area is covered with a plexi cover to guard
the operator. The MINI is delivered as a ready-to-use package with full oil tank, manual and 1 set of blades
blades installed.
HACO MAXI NOTCHER
This machine notches a fixed 90 degrees angle and has a capacity of 0.236" (6mm) mild steel. The MAXI
model has a large working table with adjustable stops and several scales machined into the table surface.
The blade clearance is set automatic and a jog mode jogs down the blades. this unit is delivered with full oil
tank and blades installed.
HACO VARI NOTCHER
The HACO VARI uses a specially designed system to adjust top and bottom blade simultanous. This means that
the VARI notcher has an adjustable notching angle between 30-140 degrees. This makes this notcher a very
versatile machine with capacity of 0.236" (6mm).
Several adjustable stops and scales come standard on this machine. The VARI is delivered with a full oil tank,
extra set of blades and electric foot switch.
The VARI notcher uses a hydro- mechanical system to lock or unlock
the blade setting. When unlocked, the operator can easily rotate a hand wheel on each side of the machine to rotate
both top and bottom blades between 30 and 140 degrees.
An angular scale integrated into the machine table displays the notch angle set on the machine.
HACO COMBI NOTCHER
The HACO COMBI notcher combines a notching machine with a forming
& punching machine. We took the HACO VARI and built an extra working station at the back to bend sheet metal
or to punch holes with a punch unit. We even integrated a mini manual back stop in the extra station.
Capacity is 0.236" (6mm) mild steel. The COMBI has a blade length
of 8.6", variable angle between 30 and 140 degrees, several adjustable stops and comes standard with a second set
of blades.
Corner notch at the front of the machine and do some rectangular notching at the back of the machine with the
optional notching station.
The rectangular notching unit can be very quickly attached in this station. 2 adjustments knobs can adjust pressure
and speed of this station.
Utilize the COMBI notcher for bending with the gooseneck punch and
multi-V bottom die.
The bending depth can be adjusted with a adjustable knob on top of the machine. A mechanical display shows the depth.
Bending speed can be adjusted at the back of the machine by increasing or decreasing the oil flow to the cylinder.
Punch round holes, squares, rectangular or oblong shapes with the punching unit. Unipunch tooling can be adapted to
the COMBI notcher as well.
