LOCKFORMER DUCT CONNECTOR MACHINES
LOCKFORMER 8900 Super Speed Cleatformer
High Speeds Around The "S"!
A flexible Lockformer, designed for super high productivity of inboard cleats. The Super Speed Cleatformer model
forms 22 - 28 gauge sheet metal from 9 forming stations into "S" cleats on the inboard and up to 10 auxiliary roll
profiles on the dual outboards at speeds of up to 100 fpm. Special design details like knurled rolls and angled
guides keep material moving through the machine in a straight line.
Standard with Lockformer quality construction, this machine has a Baldor motor; high precision needle-type bearings;
heavy 3/4" chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and an arc-welded steel stand protected with
Lockformer's top-quality primer and paint finish. With centralized lubrication to all reduction and transmission
gearing.
An optional cutter attachment slits scrap material to the exact width and forms "S" cleats in one operation. Feed
any width material and the cutter will slit to size, pass the material through the forming rolls, deflect scrap
upward and release. It is mounted at the feed end of the Cleatformer, directly over the entrance gauges.

LOCKFORMER Triplex Cleatformer
"S" Cleats and More !
A flexible Lockformer, designed for super high productivity of inboard cleats. The Triplex design has two inboard
and two outboard forming positions allowing bearing support on both sides of the profile. The top plate and roll
assembly are split into three zones with each having special design details like knurled rolls and angled guides
to keep material moving through the machine in a straight line. These zones also can be adjusted by the operator
to meet the requirements of a wide variety of gauges.
With 9 forming stations, the Triplex Cleatformer can form 20 - 28 gauge sheet metal into "S" and drive cleats on
the inboard forming positions and up to 12 auxiliary roll set profiles on the outboard forming positions at speeds
averaging 100 fpm.
Standard with Lockformer quality construction, this machine has a Baldor motor; high precision needle-type bearings;
heavy 3/4" chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and an arc-welded steel stand protected with
Lockformer's top-quality primer and paint finish. With centralized lubrication to all reduction and transmission gearing.

LOCKFORMER Standing "S" Cleat Machine
A large, flexible Lockformer, designed for super high productivity of inboard cleats. The Standing "S" Cleat
machine has 10 forming stations to form sheet metal into a standing "S" cleat on the inboard; and in addition,
several auxiliary roll sets are available for the dual outboards. This machine runs at speeds of 60 - 70 fpm. The
Standing "S" cleat is a roll shape that combines a conventional "S" cleat with a standing seam for greater strength
and rigidity.
Standard with Lockformer quality construction, this machine has a Baldor motor; high precision needle-type bearings;
heavy 1" chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and an arc-welded steel stand protected with
Lockformer's top-quality primer and paint finish. With centralized lubrication to all reduction and transmission
gearing.
