LOCKFORMER TDC MACHINES
This TDC rollformer has 14 forming stations and can roll sheet metal into leakproof, sealable TDC flanges at
speeds of up to 60 fpm automatically! Start saving time and money by forming your own TDC flanges - with their
unique snap on corners - and eliminate spot welding altogether. The TDC rollformer works with Autolock stiffeners
to greatly reduce tie rod and angle iron use.
Standard with Lockformer quality construction, these machines have Baldor motors; high precision needle-type
bearings; heavy 1" chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and arc-welded steel stands protected
with Lockformer's top-quality primer and paint finish.
Comes standard with crimp tool and cleat wrench. Optional rolls are available for Zeebar, Nexus, and TDC clips.
