DESCRIPTION:

The BB-12014 sheet metal brake has a 120" wide web width
to allow for 4'x8' sheets to be bendt at 45 degree angles.
This finger brake has 26 varying sized fingers that allows
for metal bending of most size box pans up to 6" deep.
This massively build machine almost weighs in at 3500 lbs
and supports a heavy duty truss rod system for supporting
the apron during maximum capacity bends. Furthermore the
apron is stabalized by the massive frame that is electro
welded of all steel construction and ready to provide
decades of serious use at the machines maximum capacity of
14 guage mild steel and 18 guage stainless steel. This is
the perfect metal brake for the general fab shop or HVAC
shop. It accepts the entire length of sheet metal at 45
degrees, allowing for angle crimps to add support to long
duct pieces, and can handle up to 14 GA mild steel. The
apron is further supported by two massive counter weights,
reducing operator fatigue even at the maximum capacity. Of
course the individual hardened fingers can allow for
straight bending or a box pan configurations.
