DESCRIPTION:

Need to bend 8 foot sheets of 10 gauge mild steel?  The BB-
9610H hydraulic finger brake from Baileigh Industrial is the
right machine for you.  The BB-9610H will do a maximum of 10
gauge mild steel sheet metal at a full 8 feet, but it is not
just a brake for heavier gauge, it will just a easily handle
lighter gauges as well because of its unique automatic
crowning compensation feature that helps produce a uniform
bend when bending at the full 10 gauge thickness and
automatically adjust when doing lighter gauges. This finger
brake has 6-3", 4-4", 10-5" and 2-6" hardened three piece
fingers that will allow for many different size boxes up to
a 6" box depth.

The BB-9610H box and pan brake's frame is built with a fully
welded beam, bending leaf and is further stabilized with
truss rod support that helps minimize any deflection when
bending at full capacity, an important item when bending 10
gauge mild steel.

The BB-9610H hydraulic finger brake uses industrial grade
hydraulics, powered by a powerful 5 hp motor that operates
on 220V 3 phase power, to lift the bending leaf. The BB-
9610H can be operated in manual or semi-automatic mode with
the use of a foot pedal and a toggle joystick.   To handle
the clamping pressure required to bend 10 gauge mild steel,
the beam is lifted and clamped via an electric motor.  The
BB-9610H has a 1" beam adjustment and is capable of bending
to a maximum of 135 via a programmable stop bend adjustment
making this a very good production machine.
