The Vicon TDX II Rollformer will produce SMACNA's T25a
connections. Material is formed to produce a SMACNA approved
transverse flange connection.

FEATURES:

* 5 HP motor coupled to an industrial oil bath gear
reducer for quiet longevity
* Independent adjustment at each forming station with pre
set spring tension
* Heavy duty roller chain drive (no belts)

* Large heavy duty bearings with inner races to protect
roll shafts and extend the life of the machine
* Material capacity of 18 to 26 gauge with no adjustments
necessary between gauges
* 6" minimum part length with the use of the included
small parts feeder
* Hardened infeed guides reducing wear from plasma cut
edges
