Shipping Dimensions: 153" x 46" x 71" DESCRIPTION: The BB-12010H hydraulic box and pan brake is a very powerful machine that can bend up to 10 gauge mild steel and 12 gauge stainless steel. The machine has a very rigid electro welded steel frame with massive truss rods for additional support to minimize any deformation with bending at full capacity. This box and pan brake has 26-6" fingers assorted in different sizes so the fabricator can adjust them for different box and pan applications. This hydraulic sheet metal brake allows the operator to dial in a programmed bend when the machine is used in the manual or semi-automatic mode. Operation of the machine can be done at the operator console by toggle or by using the foot pedal controls. The base of this model has an extra rigid design to support the weight of heavier materials. The powerful industrial grade hydraulics clamp the material at the beam, lifts the leaf to the pre-programmed bend, and finally opens the beam when the bend is complete.
